The service

Dokurapi offers free online tools to compress PDFs and photos, convert photos to PDF, merge PDFs, check PDF size, and prepare ID photos with a red or blue background. All processing happens in your own browser tab. Your files are not uploaded to Dokurapi, as described in our privacy policy.

You do not need an account, and there is nothing to pay.

Provided as-is

Dokurapi is free to use and is provided as-is, without any warranty. We work to make the tools accurate and reliable, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Results depend on your file. Some PDFs or photos cannot be reduced to a given size without becoming unreadable. When a target cannot be reached, the tool tells you instead of pretending it succeeded.

Your responsibility

Before you submit any file produced with Dokurapi, please check it yourself:

• Legibility: text, stamps, signatures, and photos are still clear enough to read.
• Size: the file is under the limit the portal requires. Our Check PDF size tool can help.
• Content: every page is present, in the right order, and is the correct document.

Please also keep these points in mind:

• PDF compression turns pages into images. Text is no longer selectable, and links, form fields, and digital signatures are lost. If a portal needs any of these, compression is not the right choice.
• The red and blue ID photo tool is an editing aid. It does not guarantee that a photo meets any official requirement.
• Upload rules change between intakes and agencies. The current instructions on the receiving portal are the final authority, and Dokurapi does not guarantee that any file will be accepted.

Keep your original files. Dokurapi does not store copies and cannot recover anything for you.

Acceptable use

You may use Dokurapi for any lawful purpose. Using the tools to falsify documents, or to alter official documents fraudulently (for example certificates, identity documents, or transcripts), is a misuse of the service and is not permitted. You are solely responsible for the files you process and submit.

Please do not attempt to disrupt the website, overload the server, or interfere with other people's use of it.

Changes to the tools

We may change, improve, add, or remove tools and features at any time, and tool behaviour may change without notice. We may also update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dokurapi is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the tools. This includes a rejected application, a missed deadline, or a file that does not meet a portal's requirements.

Independence

Dokurapi is an independent website and is not affiliated with BKN, SNPMB, LPDP, or any government agency. Names of portals and institutions are used only to describe their published requirements.
