Chat on WhatsAppMany upload forms ask for a PDF even when all you have is a set of phone photos: the front and back of an ID card, the pages of a certificate, or a handwritten form. This tool turns those photos into one tidy PDF with an A4 page for each image, so the reviewer sees a proper document instead of loose pictures.
How the pages are built
- You can add between 1 and 10 images.
- Each image becomes its own A4 portrait page.
- The image is centred on the page and scaled to fit, so nothing is cropped off.
- The page order follows the order you selected the files, and you can move any image up or down with the arrow buttons.
When you are happy with the order, the PDF is created in your browser and downloaded as dokurapi-foto.pdf. The output size is shown so you know straight away whether it fits your form.
JPG, PNG and WebP handling
JPG and PNG images are embedded as they are, without re-compression. That keeps their original quality, but it also means the PDF will be roughly as large as the photos you added. Other formats, such as WebP, are converted to JPEG at 90% quality with the longest side capped at 1800 px, because PDF files cannot hold them directly.
This is a converter, not a compressor. If you add four 3 MB phone photos, expect a PDF in the region of 12 MB.
Getting a small PDF from photos
Since many forms combine a PDF requirement with a KB limit, plan the order of operations:
- Crop each photo on your phone so only the document is visible, with no table or background.
- Convert here to get a correctly ordered PDF.
- Compress the PDF with the PDF compressor, choosing the limit printed on the form.
An alternative is to shrink each photo first with the image compressor and then convert. Because JPG files are embedded without re-compression, the PDF size will then be close to the sum of the compressed photos, which makes it easy to predict.
Photo tips for readable pages
Shoot in daylight or under even light, hold the phone parallel to the paper, and avoid flash glare on glossy cards. Place each page on a contrasting surface so cropping is easy. For a two-sided ID card, add the front first and the back second, and check the order in the list before creating the PDF. Name the final file clearly, for example id-card-front-back.pdf.
Your photos are never uploaded; everything happens in the browser tab. There is no account or daily limit, and the receiving portal's current instruction is the final authority on what it accepts.
